1/2 cups raw cashews

cup unsweetened almond milk

of 1 lemon

can artichoke hearts, drain and chopped

packaged frozen spinach, thawed and drained

can cannellini beans, mashed
Instructions

Place
raw cashews, almond milk, onion, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and
salt in food processor. Blend until smooth.
· Mix cashew mixture with chopped artichoke hearts, cannellini beans and thawed and
drained spinach until combined.
·
Bake
at 325 for approximately 25 minutes or until warmed through.
·
Serve
immediately and enjoy with pita chips, corn chips, gluten free crackers or
bread.
