I am a New York City based Health & Lifestyle Coach that wants to help you feel better, look better and live the life you want.


What is a Health & Lifestyle Coach? Health & Lifestyle Coaching is not about counting calories and fat grams or telling people what they can and can't eat like so many fad diets do. Everyone is unique and only you know what works for you and your body. As your Coach, I will listen to you and support you with information, guidance and suggestions and together we will build a roadmap to help you achieve your goals.  

I take a holistic approach to your health and well-being and empower you to make long lasting positive changes so you can live the life you deserve.

Being healthy is not only related to the foods that you eat but also to the lifestyle choices you make. 

Finding balance in your relationships, career, exercise habits, finances, spirituality and stress levels are equally as important to your health as the foods that you put on your plate.
