Some of you have told me that you don't have anything in your closets that resembles what you see in fashion blogs or magazines so you can't re-create these looks. I initially thought thought the same thing... that I would only be able to come up with 2-3 outfits before running out of looks that I could create from what I already owned. But, the key is to know your style and to find inspiration from people that have similar taste or whose style you admire (not people whose taste is dramatically different from yours). If you do this, you will see that you have a lot of similar items in your closet and that you will be inspired to wear them in new ways that you didn't think of before.
Unfortunately, for this look, I had to sub her Hermes Birkin bag for a leather tote from Zara but the idea is the same. What do you think?

wow, great job! i love that i wouldn't think to put these things together but that once you try, you see you can do a lot with what you have! i try the same thing with j.crew tears. btw, love the vintage belt you included in your outfit! ;)
